Who provides this site
freetarot.help is operated by Kettu SRL, Rue Gérard 51, 1040 Etterbeek, Belgium, registered in the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0799.357.105 (VAT BE 0799.357.105).
You can reach us at info@freetarot.help. We answer in English, Spanish and French.
What the site does
Drawing a card is free and always will be. You press a button, one card is drawn at random from a 78-card Rider-Waite-Smith deck, and a written interpretation is generated for that card and orientation, which you can also hear read aloud.
A paid subscription adds one thing: you can ask a question in your own words. A new card is drawn for it, and the reading explains that card and then answers what you asked. The allowance is 3 questions a day.
This is entertainment
Readings are generated by a language model. They are not advice, and nothing on this site is financial, legal, medical or psychological guidance. Do not use a reading to make a decision that matters — for those, speak to someone qualified.
We make no claim that a reading is accurate, predictive or true.
Who may subscribe
You must be at least 18 years old to buy a subscription. Drawing a card is open to anyone.
The subscription
Premium costs $4.99 per month or $39 per year, and renews automatically until you cancel. Prices include VAT where it applies.
Your allowance is 3 questions per day. It resets at midnight UTC. Unused questions do not carry over — the allowance is a daily cap, not a balance.
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Your access link
There are no accounts and no passwords. Your subscription is a private link, and your browser remembers it so you do not have to.
Anyone holding that link has your subscription, so treat it like a key. The daily allowance is shared across everyone using it rather than multiplied, so lending it costs you questions. Lost it? Write to info@freetarot.help from the address you subscribed with and we will send it again.
Using the site fairly
Please do not use automated tools to draw cards or ask questions, resell access, or try to use the question box to make the model do something other than answer a tarot question. We may end a subscription that does these things, refunding whatever is unused.
Availability
We run this on our own hardware and keep it up as best we can, but we do not promise the site will always be available or that a reading will always generate. Features may change.
If we stop offering the paid subscription altogether, we refund the unused part of what you have paid.
Responsibility
We are responsible for what the law says we are responsible for, and we do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, we are not liable for decisions taken on the strength of a reading.
Nothing in these terms reduces your rights as a consumer under Belgian or EU law.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and if a change materially affects subscribers we will say so on the site before it takes effect.
Law and disputes
Belgian law applies, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country you live in.
If something goes wrong, please write to us first — most things are settled that way. If we cannot agree, a Belgian consumer can contact the Consumer Mediation Service, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels.
